Overlooking Lake Union, Seattle from the lower slope of Queen Anne Hill, 1101 Dexter Station is one of Seattle’s latest office buildings. 10 stories of floor sizes ranging from 22,000 to 53,000 square feet with 13 to 14 foot ceilings, Lighting Designs were tasked with illuminating the LEED Gold-targeted workspace.
Lighting is designed to be functional, transitional and emphasizes the strong, forward-looking brand. Small breakout areas incorporate lower level lighting and decorative fixtures to highlight the sense of city and place, accented through natural finishes and a fireplace. Special attention was paid to color temperature and control and incorporated into architectural elements.
